Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a Senior Manager - Training to lead our training initiatives and enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs aligned with the company's objectives. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, create engaging learning materials, and measure the effectiveness of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of employees at all levels within the organization.




- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, online content, and presentation materials.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops in various formats, including in-person and virtual.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, and make improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the curriculum is up to date with industry standards.
- Manage training budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of funds.
- Support the development of a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Robust experience in instructional design and adult learning theories.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop tailored training solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with assessment and evaluation tools.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
