Candidate Profile:- 2 to 4+ years of experience in HR Generalist Activity.
Experience in a factory setting, at least last 2 years of experience in handling plant HR functions such as ;
Coordination of recruitment & On-Boarding,
Time Management,
Payroll Processing,
Handling migrant workers ,
Statutory compliance ,
Coordinating appraisal,
Record maintenance
Learning & Training
&
General Administration
Highest qualification should be an MSW (PM & IR) or MBA (HR)
Preference:
Highest qualification : MSW-PM & IR or MBA-HR, with 60% marks with no history of arrears
(BE , B Tech, Diploma & Phd shall not apply and not preferred)
Native/Resident of: Coimbatore/ Relocate to Coimbatore
Language: Tamil, English & Hindi Speaking
Two Wheeler (Must)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
