✅ Mandatory Skills

5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst / ta Business Analyst.

Strong Data Analysis experience.

Advanced SQL skills.

Hands-on experience with BigQuery / GCP.

Strong experience in BRD, data mapping, data dictionaries, and functional documentation.

Experience creating Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

⭐ Good to Have

Experience in Talent Intelligence / Recruitment / Staffing domain.

Knowledge of recruitment KPIs and labor-market data.

Understanding of data models, data workflows, and data-layer concepts.

Experience with skills ontology, matching logic, RPO/MSP, or Staffing models.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
