About the Role

Linfield Skillverse is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable HR Faculty member to train and mentor students in Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate will have strong HR knowledge and be able to deliver engaging training sessions with practical industry insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver HRM training sessions to students.
- Teach Recruitment, HR Operations, Payroll, Performance Management, Labour Laws and Employee Relations.
- Prepare training materials, assignments and assessments.
- Conduct practical sessions, case studies and workshops.
- Monitor student progress and provide guidance.
- Support students with career development and interview preparation.




- Stay updated on the latest HR trends and practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, an MBA in HR, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong HR knowledge are also welcome to apply.
