JOB DESCRIPTION – JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

Reporting To: Senior Accountant / Management

1. Job Purpose

The Junior Accountant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, processing bills and payments, and assisting with statutory compliance and reporting.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily accounting entries, vouchers, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and ledger records.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and payment documents.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and maintaining bank records.
- Maintain vendor and customer outstanding records.
- Assist in salary, PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other compliance-related work.
- Maintain accounting documents and proper filing.
- Prepare Excel sheets and basic MIS/accounting reports.




- Coordinate with HR, Purchase, Projects, and other departments for accounts-related requirements.
- Assist the Senior Accountant in day-to-day accounting activities.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and PT.
- Good understanding of accounting entries and bank reconciliation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.

4. Salary & Advantages

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
