KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Calling & Lead Generation

- Contact wedding leads received from walk-ins, exhibitions, referrals, social media, website inquiries, and other marketing campaigns.
- Build rapport with prospective customers and understand their wedding jewellery requirements.
- Invite customers to visit the showroom and schedule appointments.
- Follow up regularly until the customer visits the showroom.

Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain a professional and courteous approach during every customer interaction.
- Provide accurate information regarding collections, offers, schemes, and services.
- Address customer queries and escalate complex issues to the respective sales team.
- Maintain long-term relationships with wedding customers through periodic follow-ups.

Sales Support

- Coordinate appointments with showroom sales executives.
- Ensure all assigned leads are followed up promptly.
- Generate repeat visits by informing customers about new collections and exclusive offers.
- Support sales campaigns and promotional activities through outbound calling.

CRM & Documentation





- Update customer information and call remarks in the CRM system after every interaction.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
- Ensure complete confidentiality of customer information.

Performance Monitoring

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Meet appointment booking and showroom visit targets.
- Contribute towards wedding sales conversion through effective follow-up.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or CRM is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Skills Required

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Pleasant and convincing telephone etiquette.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
