Job Description – Counter Staff (Sweet Shop)
- Greet customers and take orders politely.
- Display and explain sweets, snacks, and other products.
- Pack items accurately and hygienically.
- Handle cash, UPI, cards, and billing/POS transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper product display at the counter.
- Check stock and inform the supervisor about low-stock items.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Assist with opening/closing duties and daily counter operations.
Requirements: Good communication, basic billing/cash-handling skills, customer-service attitude, and willingness to work shifts/weekends.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
