Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our growing team across multiple branches in Kerala. The selected candidates will be responsible for generating business opportunities, handling clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities.

Contact potential customers and explain our products/services.

Build and maintain good relationships with clients.

Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

Achieve assigned business development targets.

Handle customer queries and provide proper assistance.

Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth business operations.

Participate in promotional activities and business meetings.

Requirements:

Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree.





Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work towards targets.

Candidates willing to work at different branch locations are preferred.
