Jazp.com is an e-commerce company operating across the GCC, connecting sellers and customers through its online marketplace. We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Manager to drive the growth of our Qatar marketplace.

Job Summary

The main responsibility of this role is to increase orders, sales, and revenue from the Qatar marketplace. The candidate will manage sellers, products, pricing, and marketplace operations while developing strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive orders and sales growth for the Qatar marketplace.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales and order targets.
- Identify, onboard, and manage current sellers.
- Handle the complete seller onboarding process and maintain strong seller relationships.
- Manage product listing, catalogue, pricing, stock, and product availability.
- Work closely with sellers to improve product performance and sales.
- Identify high-potential products and new opportunities to increase sales.
- Monitor marketplace, seller, and product performance and take corrective actions.
- Analyse competitor pricing, products, and market trends.




- Handle seller concerns and marketplace-related issues.
- Track orders, sales, GMV, and revenue performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Management.
- Strong experience in seller management and marketplace operations.
- Strong sales and target-oriented mindset.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good in English and Hindi.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage marketplace activities and deliver results.
- Team leadership experience will be an added advantage.

Key Performance Objective

Increase Qatar marketplace orders, sales, seller base, and overall marketplace revenue.
