Job Summary
We are hiring candidates for the position of Sales Executive in Thane.
The role involves handling customer interactions over the phone, understanding customer requirements, generating sales, and achieving assigned business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through outbound/inbound telephone calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or service information.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and productivity targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and call-related information.
- Ensure good customer experience and communication quality.
- Follow company processes and sales guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Full-Time Graduate candidates preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Insurance Sales, or Direct Sales can apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Sales-oriented approach with the ability to achieve targets.
- Candidates with a maximum notice period of 30 days will be considered.
- Freshers are not eligible.
Age Limit: Up to 32 years
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in the following areas are preferred:
Compensation will depend on experience, current CTC, and candidate suitability.
Additional Eligibility Requirements
- Candidates should preferably have more than 1 year of tenure with their current organization or demonstrated incentive earnings during the last 6 months.
- Career gaps should generally not exceed 11 months.
- Candidates with longer career gaps may be required to provide relevant employment and financial documentation during the selection process.
