Position: Tanker Quotation Executive

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for preparing and managing quotations for tanker-related products/services, coordinating with customers and internal departments, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of commercial offers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Receive and understand customer inquiries for tanker requirements.
- Prepare accurate quotations based on customer specifications and requirements.
- Collect tanker pricing, material cost, fabrication cost, transportation charges, and other related costs.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales, Accounts, and Management for costing and pricing.
- Calculate quotation values, discounts, GST, transportation, and other applicable charges.
- Prepare and submit quotations to customers within the required timeline.
- Maintain records of all quotations and customer inquiries.
- Follow up with customers regarding submitted quotations.
- Revise quotations as per customer requirements and management approval.




- Coordinate with the Sales Team for order confirmation and conversion.
- Maintain quotation status and prepare regular MIS reports.
- Ensure accuracy of quantity, specifications, pricing, GST, payment terms, and delivery terms.
- Maintain confidentiality of company pricing and commercial information.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good calculation and costing skills.
- Knowledge of quotation preparation.
- Valuable communication and customer coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple quotations and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of GST, commercial terms, and transportation charges.
- ERP/software knowledge will be an advantage.

QUALIFICATION

Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
