SAP Program Manager SAP EWM Automation
Location- Bangalore
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead largescale SAP EWM and Warehouse Automation transformation programs across multiple sites and geographies The role will be responsible for driving endtoend program delivery governance solution alignment stakeholder management and deployment of automated warehouse solutions integrated with SAP EWM
The candidate will work closely with business leaders logistics teams solution architects automation vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful rollout of SAP EWM warehouse control systems WCS robotics ASRS AGVs conveyors RFID and related automation technologies
Experience
15 years of SAP experience with at least 8 years in ProgramProject Management
Proven experience leading global SAP EWM implementations and multicountry rollouts
Strong exposure to automated warehouse environments
Experience managing large transformation programs involving SAP S4HANA and Supply Chain solutions
Experience working with global business stakeholders and distributed delivery teams
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
Define and manage overall SAP EWM and Automation program roadmap
Drive endtoend program governance planning risk management and delivery execution
Ensure successful deployment across multiple sites regions and business units
Manage budget resource planning delivery milestones and business outcomes
SAP EWM Delivery Management
Oversee design build testing deployment and hypercare activities
Ensure consistency of global EWM templates and solution architecture
Govern functional and technical design decisions
Coordinate business process harmonization across rollout locations
Warehouse Automation Management
Lead integration of SAP EWM with warehouse automation solutions such as

Stakeholder Vendor Management
Act as primary liaison between business IT automation vendors and implementation partners
Drive steering committee reviews and executive reporting
Manage thirdparty vendors and SI partners
Facilitate issue resolution and decisionmaking forums
Governance Quality Assurance
Establish program governance framework KPIs and delivery metrics
Review solution quality testing progress cutover readiness and deployment plans
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and enterprise architecture standards
Change Management
Support business adoption and organizational change initiatives
Drive communication training and stakeholder alignment across rollout sites
Ensure smooth transition to operations and support teams
