Job Summary

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and creative Kindergarten Teacher to support the academic, social, emotional, and overall development of young learners.

The successful candidate will create a safe, positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment where children feel comfortable learning, exploring, and expressing themselves.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate learning activities for kindergarten students.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, classroom activities, and teaching materials.
- Encourage children's curiosity, creativity, participation, communication, and learning.
- Support students' social, emotional, cognitive, and language development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Observe and assess students' learning and developmental progress.
- Maintain attendance and basic student records.
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding students' learning and development.
- Manage classroom routines and behaviour with patience, consistency, and care.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, activities, and other academic programs.
- Work collaboratively with teachers,



coordinators, and other school staff.
- Follow school policies, procedures, and academic guidelines.

Qualifications

- Graduation, Diploma, or Degree in Education or a relevant field is preferred.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of teaching experience may apply.
- Fresh graduates with a genuine interest in early childhood education are welcome to apply.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
