We are looking for a passionate Interior Designer who can take ownership of projects, collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to delivering exceptional architectural outcome.

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 4-5 years of professional experience in space planning, conceptual development, material selection, and full-cycle project execution. The ideal candidate possesses a refined design sensibility, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple design projects from concept through to completion. This role is hands-on and cooperative, with a focus on producing high-quality design deliverables and detailed construction documents. You’ll work across various project phases — from Pre-Design and Schematic Design to Construction Documentation and Administration — under the guidance of an Associate or Director. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest design standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Stay updated on design trends, building codes, and sustainable practices
- Development of renders from animation team




- Produce sets of production documents in both design development (DD) and CD phases
- Maintain a daily task list for assigned projects discussing time allotments, schedules, and delegations
- Assist project teams to ensure delays are adequately documented and mitigated
- Prepare for regular project team meetings pertaining to project tasks, deliverables, and milestones
- Communicate directly with Client agents, subcontractors, and consultants
- Supervising Estimation from estimation of ensuring correct specifications, quantities in tender documents
- Reporting as per Rhizome standards

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum project scale - Completion minimum two projects in typology of High End Residentials
- Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced environment
- Knowledge of construction standards, FFNE schedules and Project documentation.
