We are looking for a confident, persuasive Real Estate Telecaller to connect with prospective buyers and investors, qualify leads, and book site visits for our projects. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, so clear communication and a polite, professional manner are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads from digital campaigns, databases, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Handle inbound inquiries about residential and commercial properties.
- Explain project details such as location, pricing, configurations, amenities, and payment plans.
- Qualify leads by understanding budget, requirements, timeline, and buying intent.
- Schedule and confirm site visits and meetings with the sales team.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects to keep them engaged.
- Record all call details, lead status, and follow-up dates accurately in the CRM.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and site visits.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with the sales team.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0-1 years of experience in telecalling, tele-sales, or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
- Excellent verbal communication in English/ Kannada/ Hindi & others.
- Valuable listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software, email).
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated under targets.
- Prior experience in real estate sales is a plus.

- Number of calls made per day
- Lead-to-site-visit conversion rate
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Follow-up and CRM accuracy

Pay: ₹8,800.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
