About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptionally talented Aesthetic Video Creator & Motion Editor with an innate eye for luxury visual storytelling, tactile product photography, and high-end editorial editing.In this role, you will define the visual identity of our luxury personal care brand across social media channels (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads). You will be responsible for the end-to-end production of sensory-rich video content—from staging, lighting, and macro-filming rich cream swatches and serum drops, to precision color grading and minimalist motion typography.If your style leans into the elevated, clean aesthetics of brands like Aesop, Byredo, Rhode, or Le Labo, and you possess both the technical camera expertise and post-production polish to execute it, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities1. In-Studio Sensory & Product Videography•Direct, light, and shoot macro product videography—capturing rich liquid swatches, cream textures, dropper drips, and luxury packaging details.•Set up professional camera gear, continuous lighting, diffusion, bounce boards, and studio props to achieve a soft-lit, high-end editorial look.•Shoot lifestyle, application, and model-interaction videos that convey efficacy, elegance, and sensory luxury.2. Editorial Editing & Motion Design•Edit high-converting short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Ads) with deliberate pacing, clean transitions, and seamless audio design.•Apply subtle 2D motion graphics in Adobe After Effects (minimalist text callouts, ingredient highlights, elegant logo animations,



and benefit overlays).•Perform advanced color grading in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro to ensure skin tones look radiant and product packaging hues remain true to brand.3. Visual Strategy & Trend Curation•Collaborate directly with brand leadership to translate product formulas and active ingredients into visual narratives.•Benchmark and stay ahead of luxury aesthetic trends across global skincare, fragrance, and design spaces.•Maintain a structured digital asset library of raw footage, color presets, sound design kits, and typography templates.Required Technical Skills & Tool Stack•Editing & Post-Production: Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (Expert level).•Motion Graphics: Adobe After Effects (Intermediate–Advanced for typography, callouts, and clean compositing).•Cinematography & Lighting: Hands-on experience operating mirrorless/cinema cameras (Sony A7SIII / FX series or equivalent), macro lenses, and continuous studio lighting (Aputure / Nanlite).•Color Grading: Deep understanding of LUTs, color spaces, skin-tone preservation, and neutral white balances.•Audio Design: Capability to select and edit refined ambient audio, ASMR texture sound effects, and voiceovers.Portfolio Requirements (Mandatory)•Must submit a link to a portfolio or video reel showcasing:◦High-definition macro product shots (textures, drops, swatches).◦Clean, luxury aesthetic editing (sensory pacing, neutral palettes, high-end typography).◦Color grading before-and-after samples.Qualifications•3+ years of skilled experience in video creation, preferably within luxury beauty, personal care, fashion, or high-end consumer goods.•Deep passion for skincare formulas, sensory aesthetics, and minimalist product design.•Ability to work independently in a studio setting—handling camera setup, art direction, and post-production end-to-end.
