We are looking for a Junior Video Editor to join our creative production team. You will work on social media content, Reels, promotional videos and digital campaigns for a variety of international clients and brands.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is creative, detail-oriented and interested in developing their video editing skills in a fast-paced digital agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media videos and promotional videos.
- Edit and assemble raw footage, photos, graphics, music, voiceovers and other assets.
- Add captions, transitions, sound effects, music and basic motion graphics.
- Create videos in different formats for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Follow client brand guidelines and creative briefs.
- Make edits and revisions based on feedback.
- Organise project files, footage and editing assets properly.
- Work closely with content creators, designers and the wider creative team.
- Assist senior editors with larger video projects when required.
- Keep up with current social media trends and video editing styles.
- Explore AI tools and new editing techniques to improve creative output and workflow.
- Complete assigned projects within agreed timelines.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in video editing.



Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar editing software.
- Good understanding of video editing, pacing, transitions and storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of colour correction and audio editing.
- Valuable understanding of social media video formats.
- Strong attention to detail and a good visual sense.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and work according to deadlines.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback and improve.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
- Experience creating Reels, Shorts or other short-form content.
- Basic understanding of photography and videography.
- Familiarity with AI-powered video and creative tools.
- Knowledge of current social media trends.
