Responsibilities:

- - Leverage Boolean search mastery to strategically identify and engage top-tier talent across various digital platforms, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive virtual and phone pre-screenings, utilizing expert communication skills to assess candidate fit and potential, streamlining the recruitment process.
- Optimize usage of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to efficiently manage candidate data, track recruitment progress, and generate insightful reports for continuous process improvement.
- Spearhead technical hiring initiatives, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand complex role requirements and translate them into compelling job descriptions.
- Demonstrate unwavering ownership mindset by taking full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
