Key Responsibilities

- Manage the organization’s fleet of vehicles and drivers.
- Prepare daily duty rosters and assign routes and responsibilities to drivers.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and coordinate timely servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
- Maintain updated records of vehicle registration, insurance, pollution certificates, permits, and other required documents.
- Prepare reports, registers, fuel statements, and other records related to the Motor Transport section.
- Monitor vehicle fuel consumption, oversee fuel filling, and verify fuel bills.
- Maintain vehicle logbooks and track daily movement and usage.
- Address drivers’ administrative concerns and grievances while ensuring discipline and punctuality.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and available when required.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirements

- Graduate or diploma holder in a relevant field preferred.
- Prior experience in fleet, transport, logistics, or vehicle operations is desirable.




- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, documentation, insurance, permits, and road-safety requirements.
- Ability to manage drivers, prepare duty schedules, and maintain accurate records.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word and Excel.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to handle emergencies calmly.
- A valid driving licence would be an added advantage.
- Candidates with a defence, transport, or fleet-management background will be preferred.
