KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle property sales end to end, from first enquiry to deal closure.

Meet clients, understand budget and requirements, and suggest suitable properties.

Conduct site visits and professional property presentations

Follow up on leads provided by the telecalling team and other sources

Negotiate with buyers and sellers and close deals

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain client records and update the sales pipeline regularly

Track local market trends, property rates and competitor activity

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in real estate sales (mandatory)

Good knowledge of the local property market, pricing and documentation basics





Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi (English is a plus)

Confident, target-driven, well-presented and professional

Willingness to travel for site visits; own two-wheeler preferred

Basic smartphone, WhatsApp and CRM handling skills
