Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Filling & Packing Supervisor to oversee the filling and packing operations of Arishtam products. The role involves ensuring accurate filling, proper hygiene, GMP compliance, smooth production activities, and timely completion of production targets while maintaining documentation and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily filling and packing operations for Arishtam products.
- Ensure accurate filling quantities and proper packing as per established standards.
- Monitor hygiene and cleanliness of the filling area to prevent contamination.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety procedures.
- Monitor production output and ensure targets are achieved within the scheduled time.
- Maintain and verify Batch Production Records (BPR) and other production-related documentation.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials during filling and packing operations.
- Monitor product characteristics, particularly the fermentation-sensitive nature of Arishtam products.
- Operate and monitor filling machinery and carry out basic troubleshooting when required.
- Allocate work among team members and ensure effective manpower utilization.




- Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth production activities.
- Maintain accountability for product quality, hygiene, documentation, and production output.

Educational Qualification

B.Sc / Diploma / B.Pharm or equivalent qualification.
B.Pharm candidates will be preferred.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in filling, packing, production, or related manufacturing operations.
- Experience in Ayurvedic/herbal medicine manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements

- Gender: Any
- Age: 25 years and above
- Candidates should be willing to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, BPR documentation, hygiene, and safety procedures is preferred.
