Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven E-commerce Executive who can manage end-to-end operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra while efficiently handling paid advertising campaigns. The primary focus of this role is to drive sales growth while maintaining target ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

- Manage product listings, cataloging, and content optimization on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra
- Ensure accurate pricing, inventory updates, and stock availability
- Monitor product performance, rankings, and visibility
- Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries

Advertising & Performance Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads
- Maintain and improve ROAS as per defined targets
- Perform keyword research, bid optimization, and budget allocation
- Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements

Sales & Growth

- Track daily sales and identify growth opportunities
- Work on promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams for creatives, offers, and inventory planning





Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Monitor KPIs like ROAS, TACoS, conversion rate, CTR, and sales growth
- Identify issues and proactively suggest solutions

Key Skills Required

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Myntra
- Strong understanding of Amazon Ads & Flipkart Ads
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas, reporting)
- Ability to manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in footwear or fashion category (preferred)
- Knowledge of listing SEO and A+ content
- Understanding of marketplace algorithms and trends
