- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of sewing, stitching, cutting machines, DG, compressors, and other equipment.
- Inspect, lubricate, and replace worn-out machine parts as required.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Monitor machine failures and recommend improvements to reduce breakdowns.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate for timely procurement.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in any relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience in textile or gown manufacturing will be an added advantage.
