Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Reports To: Head of Admissions / School Principal

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and personable Admission Counsellor to join our team. The counsellor will play a crucial role in representing the school to prospective families and guiding them through the admission process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents and students.
- Provide detailed information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, extracurricular activities, and admission criteria.
- Guide prospective families through the entire admission process, from inquiry to enrollment.
- Maintain a database of prospective, applied, and enrolled students using the school’s CRM system.




- Follow up with inquiries through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Coordinate with the academic team and administrative departments to facilitate assessments, interviews, and onboarding.
- Assist in developing admission strategies.
- Maintain confidentiality of applicant information at all times.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or a customer-facing role (preferably in the education sector).
