Sales Manager – IT Staffing (BFSI)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in IT Staffing, preferably in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) domain. The ideal candidate should have experience in business development, client acquisition, account management, and revenue generation within the IT staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive business development and generate new client accounts for IT staffing services.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with BFSI clients.

· Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely closures.

· Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and staffing agreements.

· Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to account management.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.





· Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.

· Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure quality service delivery.

Required Skills

· 4–5 years of experience in IT Staffing Sales/Business Development.

· Mandatory experience in IT Staffing.

· Preferred experience in BFSI staffing or handling BFSI clients.

· Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.

· Valuable understanding of IT recruitment and staffing processes.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Experience working with IT staffing companies.

· Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
