Job Summary

Skymark Education is looking for a smart, experienced, and result-oriented HR Manager to lead the overall HR function and manage people operations across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compliance, workforce planning, and employee engagement. The candidate should be confident in handling employees at different levels, taking independent decisions, and working closely with management to build a productive and positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall HR function and day-to-day HR operations.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and procedures.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee retention.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Drive performance management, appraisals, KPI implementation, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage, guide, and mentor the HR team.
- Work closely with department heads to identify manpower requirements and workforce needs.
- Support management in manpower planning and organizational development.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, dashboards, and employee records.
- Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, discipline, productivity, and retention.
- Identify HR-related issues proactively and recommend practical solutions to management.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Support management in implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Requirements





- 2–4years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in education ,consultancy, sales, service, corporate, or similar environments will be preferred.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of HR operations and employee management.
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organisational and people-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and HR reporting tools.
- Strong hands-on experience in candidate sourcing and talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to source quality candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, social media platforms, employee referrals, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Ability to independently manage the complete recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
