Job Description – Interior Designer (2D & 3D) – Managed Office Spaces

Role Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with robust expertise in both 2D planning and 3D visualization for commercial office interiors and managed workspaces. The role involves managing the complete design lifecycle—from understanding client requirements and conceptualizing layouts to producing construction drawings, realistic visualizations, coordinating with execution teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage commercial interior design projects from concept development through execution.

· Understand client requirements, space utilization, budgets, timelines, branding, and functional needs.

· Develop optimized space plans, seating layouts, floor plans, and office configurations using AutoCAD.

· Prepare detailed GFC/construction drawings including dimensions, specifications, materials, and technical details.

· Create mood boards, design concepts, material palettes, and presentation decks.

· Develop high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renders, and walkthroughs using 3ds Max (or equivalent).

· Recommend and integrate furniture, finishes, lighting, color schemes, custom joinery, and materials.

· Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.

· Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Architects, Civil Engineers, MEP consultants, vendors, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

· Present design concepts to clients, incorporate feedback, and revise designs where required.

· Support project execution through periodic site visits, design clarifications,



and implementation reviews to ensure design intent is achieved.

· Research new materials, products, workplace trends, sustainability practices, and design technologies.

· Maintain quality, accuracy, and adherence to project schedules and deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Design, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

· Proven experience in commercial interior design, workplace design, office fit-outs, renovations, and space planning.

· Solid proficiency in AutoCAD and 3ds Max; working knowledge of SketchUp, Illustrator, Photoshop, V-Ray/Lumion or similar tools is desirable.

· Excellent knowledge of layout planning, ergonomics, lighting, materials, furniture systems, finishes, and construction detailing.

· Strong visualization, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Excellent portfolio demonstrating commercial office interior projects.

· Good project coordination, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

· High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
