We are looking for an enterprising Real Estate Projects & Strategy Manager to support project strategy, feasibility, execution planning and business operations. The candidate will work closely with senior management/Founder and coordinate with internal teams, societies, investors and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct real estate project feasibility studies and market analysis.
- Develop project strategies, execution plans and project timelines.
- Coordinate with societies and stakeholders for redevelopment projects.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, budgets and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors and external agencies.
- Prepare presentations and business proposals for investors, societies and management.
- Support identification and evaluation of recent real estate opportunities.
- Assist in developing financial analysis and project models.
- Support negotiations and facilitate JVs, partnerships and strategic tie-ups.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.




- Prepare MIS, management reports and project dashboards.
- Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Support senior management in strategic decision-making.
- Leverage AI and technology to improve project planning, reporting and business processes.
