Job Overview
Shyftr System Technologies is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, email outreach, cold calling, and converting potential clients into business opportunities for our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through Upwork, cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
- Handle national and international clients.
- Prepare and submit proposals/bids on Upwork.
- Conduct client calls, understand requirements, and close deals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities for IT services.

Requirements:





- Experience in Upwork bidding and IT sales.
- Solid cold calling and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of national & international client acquisition.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of website, mobile app, software, UI/UX, and digital marketing services.
- Target-oriented and result-driven.
