Job Title: Associate – Investor Relations

About the Role

We are looking for an Associate – Investor Relations to support investor communication, business analysis and stakeholder management. The role involves interacting with investors, understanding business drivers, preparing investor-related materials and supporting engagement with financial market participants.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle investor queries and ensure timely and professional responses.
- Understand the company, its business model and key business drivers.
- Support preparation of Investor Presentations, Press Releases and Annual Reports.
- Conduct peer analysis and competitive landscape analysis.
- Support quarterly earnings and conference calls.
- Coordinate with fund managers and buy-side analysts and provide relevant company updates.
- Support engagements with sell-side analysts, including corporate days, site visits and corporate visits.
- Assist in coordinating Non-Deal Roadshows (NDRs)



and investor engagement activities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with investors and senior stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and coordinate with internal teams.
- Track key company metrics, business performance and investment fundamentals.

- Basic understanding of financial markets and investments.
- Good understanding of company financials and key business metrics.
- Robust analytical and research skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Keen interest in capital markets, investments and listed companies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders.
