- Good communication and customer-handling skills

- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery
- Willingness to learn about our products and improve sales
- Responsible, punctual and committed to the job
- School / college education preferred
- Freshers with the right attitude may also be considered

Everyone will initially join as Sales Staff. Based on performance, sales ability, customer handling and responsibility, employees will be given senior roles and increased responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and understand their requirements
- Help customers select suitable jewellery
- Explain product details and pricing
- Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery
- Handle billing and basic store operations
- Follow up with customers when required
- Maintain a clean and organised store
- Contribute towards achieving monthly sales targets
