Job Description – Quality Executive

Role

We are looking for a Quality Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the Glass Industry to manage quality inspection and ensure that glass products meet approved specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct incoming, in-process and final quality inspections of glass.
- Inspect Toughened, DGU/IGU, Laminated, Low-E and architectural glass.
- Check glass dimensions, thickness, edge quality, surface defects, scratches, chips, distortion and other defects.
- Inspect DGU for spacer alignment, sealant application, air gap and overall quality.
- Ensure products are manufactured as per approved drawings, BOQ and specifications.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate with the production team for corrective action.
- Prepare inspection reports,



quality checklists and NCR reports.
- Conduct final inspection before dispatch.
- Maintain quality records and assist in handling customer/consultant inspections.
- Help reduce rejection, wastage and rework.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in the Glass Industry is mandatory.
- Practical knowledge of glass processing and quality inspection.
- Experience with Toughened Glass, DGU/IGU and architectural glass preferred.
- Basic knowledge of aluminium windows/facade systems will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to identify glass defects independently.

Salary: ₹ 15000 to 30000/-
Joining: Immediate / Negotiable

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
