Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our technical service team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support of IT infrastructure, networking, and related products at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware, networking equipment, and related solutions.
- Visit customer locations to understand technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity-related problems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as required.
- Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Handle installation, commissioning, testing, and deployment of technical solutions.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.
- Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of service calls, installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.




- Prepare service reports and update the status of customer issues regularly.
- Ensure timely closure of service requests and maintain good customer relationships.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal team or vendor when required.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, products, and troubleshooting practices.
- Follow company service procedures, safety guidelines, and customer-site protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Networking, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in service engineering, technical support, IT infrastructure, or networking.
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and basic networking concepts.
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi devices, and other networking equipment.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and system configuration.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with the technical team.

Preferred Skills

- CCNA or other relevant networking certifications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
