Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Home Nurse to provide quality nursing care to patients at their homes. The role involves home visits, patient care, monitoring, and managing patient schedules while ensuring timely coordination with the Aivida healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct scheduled home visits and provide nursing care based on patient requirements.
- Monitor vital signs, medication schedules, patient condition, and overall wellbeing.
- Manage patient schedules and daily care plans, ensuring timely visits and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with doctors, patients, caregivers, and the Aivida operations team.
- Maintain accurate patient records and submit visit reports through the designated system/app.
- Provide nursing support including wound care, injections, medication administration, and other assigned clinical procedures.




- Immediately escalate any change in the patient's condition or medical emergency to the concerned medical team.
- Maintain professional and compassionate communication with patients and their families.
- Follow Aivida's nursing, safety, hygiene, and patient-care protocols.

Requirements

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / ANM qualification.
- Valid nursing registration as applicable.
- Prior experience in home healthcare or hospital nursing will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across Chennai for home visits.
- Ability to manage multiple patient schedules and maintain timely documentation.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and responsible approach.
