POSITION DETAILS

Position: Performance Marketer

Experience: 2–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Work From Office

Location: Sector 62, Noida In front of Aakash Invictus

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Laptop: Mandatory

Salary: As per market standards, based on experience

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of performance marketing strategies, PPC, Lead generation, campaign optimization, and ROI-focused advertising.

You’ll play an important role in developing and executing data-driven campaigns that contribute directly to business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

● Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms

● Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation

● Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI

● Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting





● Manage campaigns across search engines, social media, and email marketing channels

● Develop data-driven strategies to improve campaign performance

● Collaborate with content, design, and development teams

● Prepare performance reports with actionable insights

● Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, conversions, and ROI

REQUIREMENTS:-

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

● 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing / PPC

● Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager

● Experience with analytics and campaign reporting tools

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Good understanding of SEO, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing

● Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines

● Strong understanding of lead generation and ROI-driven marketing
