About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Conversion Executive who can take company-provided leads from the initial conversation toward successful project closure. The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable solutions, maintaining consistent follow-ups, handling basic objections, coordinating with the internal team, and converting genuine prospects into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and manage leads provided by the company.
- Connect with prospects and understand their business requirements.
- Identify the customer's actual needs, budget expectations, and project requirements.
- Present suitable Sync2Web services based on the customer's requirements.
- Explain project scope, service benefits, and the next steps clearly to potential clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects until the decision is made.
- Handle common customer objections related to pricing, requirements, timelines, and services.
- Coordinate with the technical/internal team whenever detailed project information is required.
- Share customer requirements accurately with the concerned team for quotations and discussions.
- Keep prospects engaged throughout the sales process and ensure timely communication.
- Negotiate professionally within the company's approved terms and pricing.
- Maintain proper updates of lead status, follow-ups, discussions, and conversion progress.




- Take responsibility for moving qualified leads toward successful project confirmation.
- Coordinate with the internal team after confirmation to ensure a smooth handover of the project.
- Work toward achieving individual conversion and revenue targets.

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or lead conversion can apply.
- Strong Hindi communication is required; basic English is preferred.
- Positive convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and discussing business requirements.
- Ability to understand customer needs and communicate solutions clearly.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and online communication tools.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Compensation & Payment Terms
₹5,200 – ₹13,500 per month + Performance-Based Incentives.

For freelancer/project-based associates, compensation is linked to successful project closure as per mutually agreed terms.
