Your Role

- Develop and execute automated test solutions for embedded Linux-based HMI and control systems using Python-based automation frameworks.
- Convert manual test procedures into automated test scripts using custom automation tools and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Configure and maintain test environments involving embedded devices, Arduino boards, simulators, HMIs, and peripheral interfaces.
- Validate software functionality across communication interfaces including Serial, CAN, SPI, I2C, RS232, barcode scanners, printers, and video capture devices.
- Perform defect tracking, debugging, root-cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams to improve product quality and reliability.

Your Profile

- Embedded Testing: 4 to 9 yrs Experience in embedded software testing, automation, test protocol development, and test execution.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and automation frameworks such as PyTest or custom Python-based frameworks.
- Embedded Systems: Knowledge of Linux-based systems, HMI applications, firmware validation, and embedded device interactions.
- Hardware & Protocols: Experience with Arduino, simulators, peripheral devices,



and communication protocols including CAN, SPI, I2C, and RS232.
- Quality Engineering: Test design, automation strategy, test coverage analysis, debugging, troubleshooting, defect management, and Jira.
- Professional Skills: Strong analytical ability, documentation skills, communication, prioritization, and independent problem-solving.
