What You'll Do

You will own the complete content journey:

IDEA → RESEARCH → SCRIPT → SHOOT → EDIT → PUBLISH

You'll work on topics around:

- Technology & AI
- Careers & Jobs
- IT Industry Trends
- Student Success Stories
- Salary & Career Guidance
- Trending Tech News
- Courses & Skills
- Interviews & Podcasts
- Educational Reels
- Founder/Trainer Videos
- Viral & Trend-Based Content

You should be able to take a simple input such as:

“Make a video on why freshers are struggling to get IT jobs.”

…and independently turn it into an engaging script, hook, shoot concept, reel/video, edit, caption and final social media post.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Can

- Research trending topics and identify content opportunities
- Write powerful hooks, scripts and captions
- Convert raw ideas into engaging video concepts
- Shoot professional-looking Reels, Shorts and videos
- Edit videos with contemporary transitions, subtitles, graphics and effects
- Understand Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Follow trending formats, sounds, hooks and storytelling styles
- Use AI tools for research, scripting, ideation and content creation




- Use the latest video editing and content creation tools
- Create thumbnails, basic creatives and supporting visual content
- Manage content from creation until it goes LIVE
- Track what content is working and continuously improve it

AI Should Be Your Creative Partner

We want someone who is comfortable experimenting with tools such as:

ChatGPT Gemini Claude Canva AI CapCut Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects AI Video Tools AI Voice/Avatar Tools Generative Image Tools

You don't have to know every tool.

But you should be the kind of person who is always asking:

“What new tool can make this content better, faster or more interesting?” Most Important: You Should Be Comfortable On Camera

This is not a behind-the-scenes-only position.

We are looking for someone who is:

Confident. Expressive. Energetic. Curious. Camera-Friendly.

You may become one of the faces of Awdiz across educational videos, trending topics, career content, interviews, reels and social campaigns.

If you enjoy speaking in front of a camera and can explain something in a way that makes people want to continue watching — that's a huge advantage.
