Key Skills and Responsibilities:

- Identify, bid, and win projects on Upwork, People Per Hour, and Freelancer.
- Robust verbal and written skills.
- Proficiency on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, etc.
- Ability to close deals and increase revenue.
- Identify client needs and market trends.
- Understanding of IT services and solutions is a plus.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Experience in business development or online bidding in the IT sector.
