NETVO AI is looking for an experienced, result-oriented Senior Admission Counsellor with strong expertise in counselling and converting students for Technical & IT courses.

Key Responsibilities

* Counsel students and working professionals on IT/Technical courses and career opportunities.

* Handle enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp and digital leads.

* Understand candidates’ education, skills and career objectives.

* Recommend suitable courses based on individual career goals.

* Clearly explain course curriculum, duration, fees, certifications, placement assistance and career prospects.

* Manage regular follow-ups and maintain a strong admission pipeline.

* Convert qualified enquiries into successful admissions.

* Achieve assigned monthly admission and revenue targets.

* Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and conversion records in CRM/MIS.

* Professionally handle objections related to fees, courses, duration and career outcomes.

* Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth student onboarding.

* Build strong relationships with students, parents and working professionals.

* Stay updated on emerging technologies, certifications and IT industry trends.





Skills & Experience Required

* 3–6 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Educational Sales, Inside Sales or a related role.

* Strong experience in counselling for Technical/IT courses is highly preferred.

* Experience with courses such as AI & ML, Python, Java, Data Science, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, AWS/Azure, DevOps, Cyber Security, Full Stack Development or SAP will be an advantage.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong convincing, negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

* Target-driven with a proven record of achieving admission/sales targets.

* Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.

* Good understanding of the education and skilled training industry.
