- We are looking for a Sales Executive to support the company’s sales and marketing activities and contribute to the growth of our Antenna and Radome business.
- Identify and generate current sales leads and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
- Follow up with customers on enquiries, quotations, and order status.
- Build and maintain the sales lead pipeline.
- Identify customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide timely responses.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely submission of technical and commercial information.
- Monitor relevant government and private tenders and procurement opportunities.
- Support vendor registration with relevant organisations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and orders.
- Meet assigned sales and business development targets.
- Support customer visits, exhibitions, industry events, and other sales activities.
- Provide regular sales and enquiry updates to management.
- Qualifications




- Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development is preferred.
- Experience in selling technical, engineering, industrial, or manufactured products is preferred.
- Experience in Antenna, RF/Microwave, Electronics, Telecommunications, Aerospace, Defence, Avionics, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Ability to understand customer technical requirements and coordinate effectively with engineering/technical teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Knowledge of government tendering processes will be an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
- This is a work-from-home position, with willingness to travel for customer visits and official work as required.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
