We are hiring for the position of HR Executive for our Organization.
Experience: 2–4 years
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Experience in IT or Non-IT recruitment
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews within the organization
- Collecting and sharing interview feedback
- Preparing and maintaining HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and employee records
- Supporting HR generalist activities such as onboarding, attendance management, and other day-to-day HR operations
- Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
