Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging training sessions on soft skills and professional development.
- Train students/employees in communication, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and workplace etiquette.
- Develop and deliver interactive training modules and activities.
- Conduct sessions on leadership, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and confidence building.
- Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Customize training content based on learner requirements.
- Maintain training records and prepare session reports.
- Support learners in improving their skilled communication and employability skills.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and public-speaking abilities.
- Passion for training, mentoring, and developing people.




- Good command of English and Malayalam.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Strong interpersonal and classroom-management skills.
- Previous experience as a trainer, faculty member, mentor, or corporate trainer is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and presentation skills may also be considered.
