Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Collection Target Achievement % and reducing 60/90+ day aging receivables.
- Turnaround Time (TAT) from physical stage completion to securing the Architect’s Certificate.
- Speed of dispatching demand letters to banks and buyers once the milestone certificate is processed.
- Minimizing the timeline required to get a recent project onboarded with top retail lenders.
- Handle customer enquiries and leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property/project information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and lead conversions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
