Process: Customer Service (Technical & Non-Technical)

Job Location: Jaipur – Sitapura, Mansarvoar and Pratap Nagar (Rajasthan) International Process Salary: 26k to 38k CTC including PLI (Fresher – Depends upon Qualification) Domestic Process Salary: 15k to 18k CTC including PLI (Fresher – depends upon campaign)

Job Description:

 To escalate the queries of the customer via Call

 Resolve the customer issue for customers.

 To provide the best resolution to the customers.

 Maintain the better relationship with the customers.

 Meet the customer’s requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries.

 Qualification: Any Graduate

 Valuable communication skill (Verbal & Written)

 Computer Knowledge

(Up to 3 tier travel tickets reimbursement or original price of the ticket only in case candidates book the travel ticket for themselves)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
