Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Counsellor / Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students/customers, generating leads, following up with enquiries, and achieving marketing and admission/sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students/customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain courses, programs, products, services, fees, and benefits clearly.
- Generate leads through calls, messages, social media, referrals, and other marketing activities.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions/sales.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
- Meet monthly counselling, admission, and marketing targets.
- and management team to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, positive, and persuasive personality.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Ability to handle targets and work independently.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Previous experience in counselling, sales, marketing, education, or customer service will be an advantage.
