Job Summary
Ecopmin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with direct experience in the SMT / OEM / PCB / PCBA / EMS / Electronics Manufacturing industry.
The candidate must have hands-on experience in marketing campaigns, branding, B2B marketing and basic digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute SMT / electronics industry marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage branding and brand-building activities.
- Generate B2B leads from SMT, OEM, PCB, PCBA, EMS and electronics manufacturing companies.
- Promote SMT-related products, machines, services and solutions.
- Manage LinkedIn and social media marketing.
- Handle basic digital marketing, SEO, email marketing and online lead generation.
- Prepare company profiles, brochures, presentations and marketing content.
- Coordinate with Sales and Technical teams for lead generation and business development.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Plan and coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, seminars and industry events.
- Track marketing leads, campaigns and conversions.
- Prepare marketing reports and present performance to management.
Mandatory Requirements
- 7–15 years of Marketing / B2B Marketing experience.
- Direct SMT / OEM / PCB / PCBA / EMS / Electronics Manufacturing experience – MANDATORY.
- Hands-on campaign planning and execution – MANDATORY.
- Branding / brand-building experience – MANDATORY.
- Basic digital marketing knowledge – MANDATORY.
- Robust B2B lead-generation experience.
- Good communication, presentation and coordination skills.
