About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and industry-oriented Software Faculty to deliver practical, career-focused training in accounting, business and professional software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong software knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to train students through practical, hands-on sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging theory and practical training sessions for students.
- Train students in relevant accounting and business software, including:
- Tally Prime
- SAP FICO / SAP S/4HANA
- Zoho Books
- QuickBooks
- Sage 50
- MS Office & Advanced Excel
- Other relevant business and accounting applications.
- Demonstrate real-world accounting and business processes using software.
- Prepare lesson plans, practical exercises, assignments and assessments.
- Provide hands-on guidance and troubleshoot students' software-related issues.
- Integrate AI and GenAI tools into accounting and business software training where applicable.
- Conduct practical projects and industry-oriented activities.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records and academic documentation.
- Stay updated with new software features, accounting technologies and industry practices.
- Support academic activities, workshops,



seminars and student career-development programmes.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting/business software.
- Good practical knowledge of Tally Prime, SAP FICO, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Sage 50 and Advanced Excel is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Strong classroom management and student-engagement skills.
- Willingness to learn and adopt emerging AI-powered accounting technologies.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CA Inter / CMA Inter / equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant teaching, training or industry experience preferred.
- Freshers with solid software knowledge and good communication skills may also be considered.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with practical experience in accounting, audit, taxation, finance or ERP implementation will be preferred.
