Role Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on Field Recruiter/DMO to drive blue-collar workforce sourcing and mobilization through field visits, local networks, references, hiring drives and telecalling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and mobilize blue-collar candidates through field visits, local networks and references.
- Conduct market mapping, local hiring drives, recruitment camps and job fairs.
- Handle high-volume calling, candidate screening, follow-ups and joining coordination.
- Coordinate documentation, skill testing and onboarding.
- Maintain daily recruitment MIS/trackers in MS Excel and achieve hiring targets.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Diploma or equivalent.
- 2–8 years’ experience in field recruitment, blue-collar/mass hiring, staffing or HR/TA.
- Experience in Construction, EPC, Manufacturing, Logistics or Manpower Staffing preferred.
- Valuable communication, persuasion and basic/intermediate Excel skills.
- Willingness to undertake extensive field travel and high-volume recruitment activities.

Trades: Fitters, Welders, Electricians, Riggers, Scaffolders, Gas Cutters, Grinders, Foremen & Supervisors.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
