Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager – RMC Plant to manage complete production and plant operations, ensuring consistent concrete quality, optimum plant utilization, timely dispatches, and efficient manpower and material management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day RMC plant production and operations.
- Plan production based on project requirements, customer orders, and dispatch schedules.
- Ensure timely production and supply of different grades of concrete.
- Monitor batching, mixing, loading, and dispatch operations.
- Ensure accurate proportioning and consumption of cement, aggregates, admixtures, water, and other raw materials.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Dispatch, Logistics, Sales, and Project teams.
- Monitor plant capacity, productivity, downtime, and equipment utilization.
- Maintain optimum stock levels of raw materials and consumables.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize plant breakdowns and downtime.
- Ensure compliance with approved mix designs and quality standards.
- Monitor production records, material consumption, wastage, and daily plant reports.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement measures to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Manage plant operators, supervisors, technicians, and production manpower.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly production reports and MIS.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions within the plant.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in RMC / Ready-Mix Concrete / Construction / Concrete Production.
- Strong knowledge of RMC plant operations and batching systems.
- Positive understanding of concrete grades, mix designs, raw materials, and quality parameters.
- Knowledge of plant machinery, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong production and manpower planning skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and production MIS.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production/dispatch requirements.

Compensation

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month
CTC: As per company structure and candidate experience.
Salary will be negotiable for candidates with strong RMC plant production and team-management experience.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
